In the spotlight, an intense image, a symbol of intimacy, a face. The photo mosaics by Joël Moens de Hase from Brussels are created in 2011. It did not take long for them to be discovered at an exhibition in Belgium by François de Potter of Michelin-star restaurant La Trinité in Sluis in the Netherlands. François immediately knows that this is what he wants for his art plates and also has images by Moens de Hase in his beautiful restaurant. Chef François and hostess Evelyn receive many positive reactions from their guests who comment on this spectacle on both their plates and the walls of the restaurant.
