Schatull only uses fresh produce for its dishes, with respect for seasons, origin, first-class quality and the Euro-Toques principles. The menu offers seafood with both ‘catch of the day’ and farmed fish options – protecting our seas for the future – and various alternatives from the earth; all with due respect for regional touches.
